That is a very cool form of Pareidolia

but in actuality just a weird toning, or more likely a stain.

This is one I would put into a 2x2.

Second, yes I see what you are talking about. It is vaguely portrait-like surface staining plus Pareidolia.

A combination of staining and corrosion.
Sort of impossible to have an Indian Head on the
Cent unless it was done intentionally.

Green water contamination. Probably a cup holder coin. If it were a Indian head it would be raised on the field areas. Stains are not raised. Just a normal coin altered by it surroundings.
