No. those strikes are in the Mint parameters. The opposite Rims bink me at this conclusion. At the speed of 750 coins a minute sometimes the collars could be angled. Report this Post to the Staff

If it were a "die adjustment strike" the Reeding of the coin will be not strong like a normally coin. Because the Reeding occurs when the coin is struck so if a weak strike the Reeding will be affected. Also the reverse resemble the same weakness as the obverse. mikediamond Pillar of the Community United States 2740 Posts	Posted 04/22/2023 10:14 pm The faint peripheral elements on the obverse are most likely due to die wear, specifically a type I've termed "design-devouring die wear". Essentially the field portion of the die retreats down to the deepest levels of the die recesses, where those recesses are narrowest. It's quite common on recent dimes and quarter.
