quite a few hits on both sides. I'm a little lower at MS61. the differences with these between 60 and 62 is a challenge to nail down for me

I'm thinking MS60--lots of ticks and dings.

I'll go with MS-60. The stuff I'm seeing are either way too many scratches or just hallucinations.

But why? The coins looks like it is bombarded with scratches or is the light intensity over-exaggerating those scratches?

I too think there are too many obvious scratches for an MS-63. At best an MS-62.

Sure has some very nice Luster!

With all those bag marks on the obverse fields and the major ding on Franklin's cheek and shoulder, I would think it wouldn't grade higher than MS61.
