Hi guys I found this 1969 D Lincoln and the 1 in 1969 looks doubled but I have never seen one like this, It just looks diffferent. I couldn't find any reference on this 1969 D.Penny.

Is that feature raised, or sunken (incuse)?

yes, please, can you tell us if that feature it raised or incuse?
If incuse - it could just be damage, a circulation hit or something,
if raised - it could be a die gouge..
Hard to tell at this point.

I'm in with die gouge/dent. Die damage of some sort, not a DDO.
