PCGS - We head across the pond with today's Toner Tuesday stunner: this 1946 Great Britain threepence in nickel-brass. Its toning rivals the sea thrift flower on its reverse, glowing with rich gold, red, and purple hues. Graded PCGS MS65, it blossoms at the top of the pop.
