So it seems like Die Cracks always are uneven on the surface? I've seen a lot of scratched coins, but this seems so different especially going through so much of the coin and pretty deep. A die crack will be raised as material from the planchet flows into the crack during the strike. Scratches like this are incuse because someone has gouged out material f4om the surface.
