Not sure who or how exactly but it's absolutely black as can be and in great shape. Not a single speck of nickel or shine on it. Weight is correct so it's not a planchette error, just curious how this could be done so well. Pretty darn cool to me.

yup, this one certainly is blackened. extreme environmental toning/coloring.
This one is so uniform, I wouldn't be surprised if it was spray painted.

Looks PMD =post mint damage
PSD would be post strike damage which means it could have happed within the walls of the mint
