CAC has posted their grading pricing and a few things jumped out at me. Below is the listing:

https://www.cacgrading.com/pricing

Of particular note is the economy pricing which is $22 per coin. Both NGC and PCGS are $23 (10% less if elite). More importantly is the extended range which is up to $500 and there does not appear to be any exclusion for gold at the economy tier. Imaging is an extra $5. Variety is $20 (PCGS $20, NGC $18).

There are similar variations at the regular tier but I find the economy one the most interesting as I find a fair amount of my coins are in the $250-400 range. I have gotten a NGC/PCGS up-charge a few times on coins that did better than expected when submitted on econ. The gold omission (?) is also interesting particularly if you are looking to certify lower denomination gold coins.

I won't be using CAC as the primary grader until the coin community fully accepts their slabs.
And at my age I may be "gone" before that happens.
