I had a quad bypass about 22 years ago. It was tough, but the recovery was fast. I wish you well friend! Pls keep us updated the best you can!

Open heart surgery is no joke from what I hear. I hope I never have to have it. Hoping things go well for you my brother. Are you tired of the hospital food yet?  When I was in the hospital for blood clots a few years ago, they put me on the cardiac floor. I asked them if I could get some salt and pepper for the scrambled eggs. The nurse got a laugh and said that one's probably not gonna happen. They did give me a salt substitute which consisted of ground up railroad cinders, coal dust and sand.

KenKat Im in the same position as well,supper was at 4:30pm got my food but no condiments at all,I asked and was told it would be 7 before they could get it to me.
