Came across this coin and never seen anything like and can't find another online. Can y'all help me out with your valuable knowledge?

This coin has been damaged, no errors. PMD. Might have been from a Gumball Machine.

Not an error, just damage to the 9, perhaps caused by a coin-operated mechanism like in an old fashioned Gumball Machine (or just a ding in circulation)

What is an error is your title. Should be either "Are my eyes mistaking me," or "have my eyes mistaken me." Sorry to be a pedant, but seems like some bone-apple-tea going on here.

Images posted are too small to evaluate. Full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse are recommended.

I have to agree, the 9 took a hit from the side, and moved the metal over a bit. (copper is a soft metal)
