A picture of the mintmark was missing to match that up. The BIE itself seems to be a little higher and the cracks on head don't match.. The coin itself must have been an ender. It is toned on the obverse only. Kind of attractive in hand.. Can anyone check to see if it matches up to a known BIE?
Does not appear to be B15. no filled B and skull crack is off. I could not find a match in Jean Cohen's book either. Maybe submit it to cuds-on-coins for a listing?
Note, I've changed the listing on Cuds-on-Coins for this BIE to LDB4-1957D-015 4DL+ Stage 2. The stage listing for BIE's should have been numerical.
Also, the coin listed in this post is not LDB4-1957D-015 4DL+ Stage 2. Please submit the required images for a LIBERTY Die Break "BIE" and I'll review it for a listing. See the instructions in the i link below. http://cuds-on-coins.com/bie-instructions/
