1983 Philippines 50 Sentimo.
Most of this series is KM#242.1, but due to a spelling error in the name of the bird, this is a KM#242.2, which only occured in 1983.
Spelling should have been PITHECOPHAGA.

Here's a one-year-only coin from Monaco. This tiny independent principality has almost always issued coins to the same specifications as French ones, but there have been occasional variations. In 1950, when the French franc had stabilized somewhat following the inflation of WW2, Monaco struck a cupro-nickel 100-franc coin. I suspect that there was a need for this denomination on the gaming tables at the Casino. The coin weighed 12 grammes and was 30mm in diameter:

It was destined to be a single-year issue. In 1954 France introduced its own 100-franc coin, but it was much smaller than the Monegasque coin: it weighed only 6g with a diameter of 24mm. Monaco therefore redesigned its 100-franc coin to match the specifications of the new French coin.

1939 Latvia 2 santimi
Issued in 1937 & 1939, but slightly different sizes, so 1937 at 19mm diameter, is KM#11.1, while 1939 at 19.5mm is KM#11.2

Most of the 1939 coins where never placed into circulation, according to Numista.

Very likely that many were still in the mint's reserves when Stalin annexed the Baltic states into the USSR.
