I have a 1979 quarter where the D is completely filled in. It's hard to see in the picture but when I use a magnifier, it's easy to see that the D is filled in. Are these only valuable in mint condition? Thanks :)

Filled mint marks don't carry any premium.

Unfortunately, it's more of a challenge to find a circulated 1970's quarter that doesn't have a partially or completely filled D.
