I am waiting to see who receives what and some of you may not receive an exchange until after the holiday (Santa may have to send them out himself). . with this in mind Santa is not in a Ho Ho Ho spirit. so NEXT YEAR the RULES are changing Rule #4 will read a s follows and although Santa was jolly in the past.
