rggoodie Moderator United States 23519 Posts	Posted 11/18/2023 4:42 pm The process You asked for it: Here is what goes on behind the scenes. 1st I determine who can mail to restricted countries such as our friend in Russia 2nd I sort out those people who only want to exchange within their own country. 3rd I email those from the list in item 1 and 2 where necessary for exceptions and requests 4th I run a random number generator and place those numbers next to each participant 5th I substitute numbers from items 1 & 2 and 3 above 6th I reassign the folks in item 1 & 2 and 3. 7th I wait for replies to my emails 7th I send out the assignments. that is why it takes me a day or two to get your assignments to you as I am awaiting responses to email.
