I've been trying to learn and identify
The different errors that can occur,
Would this coin just be struck off center?

I see Die Deterioration Doubling, some Die Flow Lines, and maybe a Tilted Die Strike. What does the reeded edge look like?

We need to see the entire coin (both sides) in a single image to better tell if this is an off center or a MAD Strike.
But knowing Dimes, I'll go for a MAD strike vs an off center at this point.

Agree with Cujohn. Maybe a slight dual misalignment https://www.error-ref.com/dual-misa...f-both-dies/
