Yokozuna Pillar of the Community United States 4618 Posts	Posted 09/26/2023 10:28 pm to the CCF! The letters G, O and U in the motto IN GOD WE TRUST have been damaged. Something flattened the metal of the G and the O and pushed it towards the D. It looks like whatever caused this also cut into the U just below. As the coin continued to circulate the area has been worn down and smoothed. I doesn't look like an error in this case, just Post Mint Damage.
