1882 Morgan For Grading: Cull Or Keepsake ?

Good day. This Morgan is part of an estate I'm liquidating on behalf of a relative. Somewhere in its lifespan, a cleaning of some sort was attempted. Coin has very little wear and I like the details and color. Requesting opinions and evaluation so I can decide whether or not to keep or cull it. Would conservation or other methods mitigate the prior cleaning ?

That one is a goner with no hope of improving. Agree it is simply junk silver now.

Agree with AU - Details. There is no undoing or hiding that harsh cleaning. It is just worth bullion, unless there is sentimental value tied to it.

If you only have only one or two other Morgans, then a keeper.
and if from a relative, a keepsake as well.
If you have lots of other Morgans, then it's a cull.

This coin was cleaned a long time ago, and is now in the process of re patination. Expense of conservation not justified.
I agree AU details scratched, cleaned.
