I think it makes 67RD.

Could be a 67, certainly a very strong MS66+.

no doubt the obv is 67. I did find a couple 67's graded by PCGS that had the PLU area similar to yours and one 67+CAC that was just a tad stronger.

i think you have a MS67RD
