Can someone else confirm that this is about to be released , maybe Remembrance Day?
Same ....but different .....than the 2018 30th Anniversary coin set.

Interesting ... one would think though that if it was to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the $2 coin then it would have been released back on 20 June, as was the case for the 30th anniversary set.

Looks like a re-hit of that 2018 set of copies of previous releases. Wonder how many times we will see these? RAM must be getting desperate for ideas?

In any case, we could be fairly certain they will available on ebay PRIOR to the official release and I would bet that the RAM's official release will be yet another bun fight!

Someone pass the popcorn, this is going to be interesting to watch....

Looks like it won't be happening. There is a note saying "no longer in force" and a repealed date of 15 Sep 23. Wonder what happened?

Thanks Sally G , had a read of the Legislation Act 2003 to see what may have occurred ,thinking to myself that it would be readable for a layman , ....wrong.
I will have to ask the RAM what happened.

Well it turns out they are getting released ..... Thursday, 7th December.
35th Anniversary of the two dollar coin.
No Doubt there will be a 40th Anniversary release as well.
How much ?..... I hear you all saying....
Any one care to have a guess?
I do not know but will have a stab at $145
And guess the mintage at 50,000

Yes, I received an email today from RAM listing their November new releases.

I heard it was about $235
Hope the mintage is at least 75000 so everyone gets a chance at getting one

RAM eshop is not available to purchase the new Queen 'Commemoration' coin tomorrow so expect the same for this 35th anniversary release.
Passing the buck again, phone orders available though.

Good to see those coins are getting released. Who would want to be working the phones on release day? May God help them.

Why on Earth doesn't the RAM simply release these things through a ballot? Surely that would be easier and a lot less stressful for ALL parties involved?

Anyway, this will be interesting.

I am wondering if the value of the 2018 set will go up or down after this new release?

WOW,, had to have a look jens coins, 2 sellers as of 5.15 pm 1/12/2023.
1 auction at over $550 already with seven days to go.
The other a 'Pre order' at $1300, where I assume you have got the mintage from, you seem to be correct on the price also.
Think I need a truck load of luck to score one of these sets at release price.
Have to have a crack though.
