Not really seeing wear on this coin. Luster is hard to judge by these photos. I would call it a minimum of AU-58 with a possibility of being MS. Weight and diameter would be helpful.

This one is a real guess: Genuine, AU+ details.

All of the pieces you posted appear to be "bullion" gold coins. Their primary value will be based on the gold content. This particular piece is called a "Quarter-Eagle" and will bring a larger premium to melt that the larger $5 & $10 pieces.
