2023 P Maria Tall Chief Quarter "ghost" Letters?

MintPenny Valued Member United States 74 Posts	Posted 10/26/2023 5:04 pm I was looking through the quarters I received from the mint today and noticed a few of them have these areas under the letter that appear to be faded, "ghostly" letters underneath the design on the reverse.
