Can anyone help me with who is the ruler/year(s) for this coin? Weigth 5.85 gram. Diameter 20-21 mm.

Not my area, but it's obviously an RY 10 half follis with facing bust. I would guess Maurice Tiberius. If correct, it would have been minted in 591/2, I believe. Similar to:

Looks like a very crude 20 nummi (half follis) of Maurice Tiberius, or perhaps an imitation?

Regnal Year X (10)

cf. Sear 535 (Byzantine) for the general type; I couldn't find a match in Dumbarton.
