( they were Not Always Poor QC ). I Too received My 4 Exquisite Examples, All Flawless, Well Done U S Mint at West Point...... Delivered In Hand 3 Days After The Release, Well Done Again.!!! Last Year, IMO, The Proofs were in Poor Quality, and The UNCIRCULATED Versions were Exquisite.!!! This Year the Proofs are Sweet, Hope My Favorite ASE Finish, The Uncirculated ASE's are Up to The Quality Too...... This Year It's a Very Good Start !!! Report this Post to the Staff
