Could be a Retained Struck Through or a Lamination. I'll say Retained Struck Through.

Its not a lam. I should have added a mid-point image, you can see the entire perimeter of the object.

Looks to be a small Peeled Lamination. Great close-up pics!
Not quite that cold up here in the Rockies, but we did get 24" of snow...
