While I like the US Mint silver medal, I can't justify the cost with the shipping charges & customs duty to order one from the US Mint. Report this Post to the Staff

Gilly Pillar of the Community United States 1241 Posts	Posted 02/11/2024 6:53 pm The side that's shared between both mints version I don't really care for. The US Mint version I like the sun rising side. I decided to just order the RM version. I hate to say the decision is somewhat based on King Charles health. One other factor was how much more limited the RM version is. I am saving a bit of money this year by cancelling the AWQ rolls and the Morgan/Peace releases. So I decided I could splurge on this. Gilly Pillar of the Community United States 1241 Posts	Posted 02/13/2024 6:39 pm Hopefully I have these all loaded correctly, I had to reduce them. Looks really impressive. As usual, most countries have much nicer OGP than the US does lately. The COA is serial numbered, as I suspected. The capsule on these are the screw top variety. The wider lip will screw off the bottom part. I have seen these before, I think these are typical for The Royal Mint. Including picture from the booklet that came with this (I assume the US version won't include this booklet) of the 2 engravers. Really?! That's the best representation the US Mint can muster if the chief engraver? Disgusting if you ask me. A Walmart greeter looks more professional than this guy. Sorry if I offend anyone.
