Some of those US-Philippines coins are silver and will be worth silver content at least. The smaller Portuguese coin with the boat on it is silver too. The Vichy France 2 francs at top right seems to be in reasonable condition and might be worth a couple of dollars. Everything else seems to be typical "foreign coins 3 for $1" scratchtray material. Get a phone app (Coinoscope or Maktun) to identify them, or type some of the words from the coins into Numista. Once identified Numista will tell you if they are silver and often has coin valuations.
