I picked up a small lot of BU Wheaties from the 1930s, all of them Philadelphia mint coins.

This is a full red 1934. I purchased the lot to get this coin. It is a lovely specimen with a few scattered marks on the bust and in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

I see ghosting on the reverse and those marks in front of his face kinda look like light "whipe" marks/stains?Would it make MS65?

i see what john is saying about the swipe marks however I don't think it was someone trying to clean the coin. if you look at the highest points of the profile they appear to be rub from rubbing against other coins. weaker strike on head and obv spotting as well as some small ticks, scuffs and spotting on the reverse will hold this one to no more than MS64RD
