Coin was pulled from a solid date roll of 45 micro S purchased from well known large wholesale dealer.

That doubling is quite clear, but it looks shelf-like and serves to reduce the width of the letters and numbers. Therefore, I suspect MD rather than a DDO. I'm not aware of a RPD for this date/mint, but am interested to see what others think.

It is Machine Doubling. Not a re-punched date. The doubling is the same on the letters and the numbers.
