Hi and welcome! The 1899 is a Morgan dollar, yours appears to be an "O" mint mark (under the bird) which means minted in New Orleans. You can get a rough idea of value here.

The other coin, hard to tell what it is, maybe a 1800 draped bust dollar (sure looks like 1800 and not 1803). Any silver draped bust coin is special and has some pretty nice value but would need better pics to tell. You can click around that same price guide site and get a rough idea.

And to get a rough idea of grade click here. Hope to see more!

I would venture a guess and say that is an 1800 dime, quite valuable in that condition if so. I would recommend to send more photos of this coin and other neat items you find in the collection!

Be sure to handle them with the best of care, and don't rub, clean, or wash any of the coins! This is very important and can't be stressed enough.
Suffering from bust half fever.

Alright, that's quite a stash. I don't know rare dates, you can scan thru the price guide I linked to above and check for rare dates, but assuming common dates, circulated Morgan dollars are worth maybe $25 each. Franklin and "walker" halves, and Washington quarters are worth a little more than melt value, so like 10 bucks for a half, 5 for a quarter. The cent, can't see the date. The 1877 half is nice, that is getting "numismatic" where the value easily exceeds the silver melt value. (Currency and that gold bar, no idea.)

But the most interesting coin here to a collector is the 1800 in your first post, would like to see more of that one.
