Tough coin to grade. This is a tough date, that I think is undervalued.

See if you can guess the no-problem NGC grade.

I see rubbing/luster breaks on the cheek bone and some of the high point of the feathers. Also the top of the eagle's wing. With these photos I'm at AU-58.

these coins are so difficult to grade from photo especially when they look high AU or low MS
