So I bought this 1903-O Morgan raw. It's lustrous and I felt like it could grade well... It came back from PCGS and I'm wondering what your thought are on it's grade...

in-hand photos are better to grade from rather than the TV photos which are meant to enhance the coin.

Reverse looks to be MS65, and Obverse MS63. I give the coin MS64. Very nice.

MS62- That cheek has so many scuff marks I cannot bring the grade any higher no matter how nice the reverse is.

I'll be the first contrarian and say AU58/MS60. I feel like I see hints of wear on some of the high points, particularly on the Obverse.

AU-58 or MS-62. Too hard to tell without actual photos

I am at 58. The coin is showing circulation rub on the cheek and neck. The True Views have a tendency to make the coin appear to be a higher grade. If you got higher than 58, congratulations.

I think this would grade High AU due to wear points on Obverse. The Reverse looks very nice though.

Here are live pictures of the coin. I don't see the wear on the actual coins so it might be shadows or correction by TrueView software?

Wow, CCF is all over the place on grades for this one. Looks like some friction on the obverse fields. I can't get above MS-63 even with the great reverse.
