igwt79 Pillar of the Community United States 1478 Posts	Posted 04/19/2024 3:03 pm I do not know if it is proof or not, I would guess that is a proof? It is definitely RDV-002 or Type B reverse. Looks like maybe fingerprint on obverse? Someone more knowledgeable will be along to weigh in on this.
