I could go with mid-VF. For fun, give the coin a long soak in 100% acetone--might remove or reduce that surficial stain/crud on the reverse.

Thanks everyone.ill try the acetone how long do I let it soak in it for? It's only the second o e I have found in a roll so was pretty surprised to pull this one out

I'd give it a 30 minute soak to start. It the crud is stubborn (but shows some reduction) try another 2 or 3 days.
