PCGS - The Desert Find of 1889-CC Morgan dollars features 35 1889-CC Morgan dollars, all in brilliant uncirculated condition. The coins were set aside more than half a century ago by a family in Nevada and have been unseen since. PCGS authenticated and graded all of them, including the three shown here. Despite the significant quantity found and graded, the market swallowed them up at solid retail prices. It was a risk to release the hoard all at once, but in the end, it worked out for the best interest of the consignor.
