Dear friends,
Please help to ID small bronze coin I got yesterday.
Weight - 2,41 g , diam. 17 mm
I can clearly see IMP VII(I) at the end on obverse.
And the reverse is VOTA PVBLICA ( I think so).
May be Sept. Severus?

It seems to be a contemporary counterfeit (so-called "limes") denarius of Septimius Severus. Most are cast from molds impressed by authentic coins. High-tin bronze may have looked "white" enough when new.

@Kushanshah - Thank you for your reply. But it is not limes denarius. I have a number of limes denarius to compare and Sept. Severus' limes denarius too.

Well considering this is the coin below it is patterned after, and the lower weight than this example, perhaps you have the core of a plated fouree
