I have another abbey denier, this time St. Martial in Limoges (France), I think Duplessy 883, and I see dates ascribed 1106-1150 by some auction houses, just 12th c. by others. As long as folks are ok with it, I'm going to just keep posting here though as I've still got a few more centuries to get through. Here is a late 12th Century Denier from the French Abbey at Deols. Pretty sure I haven't posted it here before. Interesting to me is the six pointed star as I don't feel like that symbol is on very many French coins.
