It is a die chip or Cud..very rare..

It is a die chip and, if anything, TAKES AWAY from any value the coin would have. Die chips are very very common. A Cud is on the edge of the coin where a piece starts breaking off. Cuds aren't rare either, depending upon how big. Read the Wexler texts that I just sent you.

Look up 1964 canadian penny with dot above 9 ..not trying to be a know it all but it's a legit thing with dot above 9

It's by no means an ms 66 but at 66 it's a 5k $ penny..look it up

Before you disagree look it up ..it's actually a very rare and valuable coin..at ms 66 it's around 5k$

YouTube or canadian penny error values..there is a good video on YouTube from. North Central coins..I just found out recently..been scouring my 64 pennies..lol. worth a look

I have few examples so far..about 500 coins to find them but worth looking for sure..many varieties of 64 penny that I didn't realize were valuable

Lots of novice collectors here value opinions of regular users..would be a good idea to be informed about what you are dismissing as you could cost someone lots of money...like I said it's all about doing your homework so you can give a valid response.
