What Is This Doubling On A 1976-S Silver Business Strike Kennedy Half Dollar?

I occasionally run across this doubling while searching for the FS-101. It is usually the most pronounced on Trust. Is this Machine Doubling, Die Deterioration Doubling, or something else? It just has such a strange appearance, but I've seen it multiple times, so it isn't just random.

From this picture ,no doubling can be seen! too much light glare and over exposed whit balance.

@brand, my vote is for this being Machine Doubling. I'm not seeing split serifs on T R or U.

It looks like MDD (Machine Damage Doubling).
