1990 no S circulated penny; it looks so different, mirrored edge, pronounced strikes-opinions please!
I am new to this and have been searching old jars of coins, this one really stuck out.
Does anyone know a good Coin dealer in or around the Nashville, TN area?

No S means it was minted in Philadelphia and this is just a heavily damaged coin.

To CCF! This coin is just a heavily damaged Philadelphia Business Strike. For reference: https://www.pcgs.com/top100/coin9
