Looks like a homemade 2x2 stapled together. The prices are inline with raw choice mint state red pieces. If the prices listed are current sale prices snap them up. &

If you have these in-hand, I'd suggest flattening those staples--reduces risk of scratching coins in adjacent holders.

Those holders may be old, but the staples look new--on really old 2x2s, you often see staining from the staple rusting a bit.
