Hi, I'm from Australia. I have just started sorting and collecting coins. This is the first obvious error coin I found yesterday in my change. Any information would be appreciated,and is it worth getting it graded? Thanks in advance &

Hi Lawrostuff and

I find a little difficult to see what's actually going on here. It's always a good idea to also include a full shot of the coin, and preferably show both sides.

Looks like something was stuck on this coin. Have you tried soaking in acetone? It won't harm the coin.

To CCF Lawrostuff! That's not an error coin. It's PMD. It's glue/residue. Try soaking it in 100% pure acetone and see if it comes off.

Thanks for the comments. I would have posted 6 photos of the coin but it wouldn't let me. Said the photos are too big. I will try the acetone and then try to take some small photos lol...#128516;

Acetone will take care of it, it's glue.
