No where in the listing does the seller mention dot.
What makes you think it is?
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

It's not a dot, as in '36 dot". Every year on here are 5-6 folks who think they've found the rarity, or they see one for sale. Nope, nope, nope. I think that the "specimen-like luster" that the seller mentions is the light reflecting off the worn down spots.
