The dealer I got this from couldn't attribute it although I think that he didn't spend a lot of time before putting it in his "junk" bin.

Undoubtedly early, before images were removed from the coinage.

I am not sure about the specific date but it is Nasir al-Din Mahmud, 1218-1234. Bronze dirhem, Mosul. Crowned figure seated facing cross-legged, holding crescent; stars on either side. Spengler-Sayles 67

This type is often referred to as "the watermelon eater"
