Quote: Picked up this 1861 Three Cent Silver coin in a CACG holder for my 7070 Outstanding! Quote: Haven't cracked it open yet, but I will shortly. Quote: I liked the toning on this one and its Civil War connection. A real looker!

I added my second commemorative half dollar with this 2003-P First in Flight Centennial. Now that I have two modern examples, I plan to fill the other two holes with classic commemoratives.

I did the same, although my moderns are two versions of the same coin (proof and uncirculated 1982 Washington Half Dollar).

Continuing the same theme, I filled the clad Kennedy half dollar hole with a gem 1972-D as well. It was unintended, as I pulled the quarter and half dollar separately at a LCS.

Thank you, everyone! Here's another update. I replaced the 1941 Lincoln Wheat cent with this bright red 1957-D.
