That's Sol Invictus on the reverse. That's a large diameter flan.

RQ is Rome, right? Are those normally that crude?

I'd have guessed that this coin was probably a barbarous imitation at first glance, and I had the impression that Rome mint was better than most others in terms of quality, but I'm not sure whether (and/or to which extent) that was still true in Constantine's period, so I can't rule out this being still within plausible range for a Rome production.

This coin is a perfectly fine example of the Rome mint.
