complete stab in the dark guess-Gratian, follis, with the VOT / XX / MVLT / XXX on the reverse, maybe from Antioch.

it can't be Gratian as he is always depicted with a cuirassed bust; while this coin is a head only. I seem to be able to make out some of the obverse and it looks like Constantius II -- D N CONSTAN-TIVS P F AVG
