1907 Mexico 20 Centavos

I just picked up this 20 centavos coin from Mexico. In logging it into numista I found that this particular 1907 variety was minted in New Orleans. It also said that it was the only foreign coin minted at the New Orleans mint. Pretty cool!

I take exception to that statement. During the Civil War the Confederate States of America minted coins in New Orleans.
