It seems some of these fall in between grades. Or I am just lost?
1c I have VG,F. The 5C VG,G-4. 25c VG,F. The last at G-3.

I'd offer my opinions, but often scanners wash out important details--which might be the case here.
Here's a grading guide which might be of some help.
