Yep, This one looks correct - notice that you can see the copper core on the edge, and the proto rim - This would be a type 2 planchet. (unlike the other one you posted earlier this month.)

Mr. Doug I was thinking the same think that it might be a silver clad, but it just seems to be tad thicker than a regular quarter I compared it with my other blank planchets, still haven't ordered my coin measurement artifact, if anybody has a extra one feel free to send it to me
